Applying Corrective make-up
- Mauve Base: will help cover dull and pale skin tones
- Green Base: covers red blotchy skin
- Under Eye: conceals dark circles and rings
- These corrective tones have to be applied before any foundation is used. You can use this as well after a foundation is used with the knowledge that a pale shade will brighten, lengthen and fill out. Dark shades will conceal and reduce any blemishes of the skin.
Concealers
Under eye concealer should be the first thing you apply when doing your make-up. This product is used to cover dark circles under the eye if needed. Choose a color that matches your skin tone, this will be blended with the foundation you choose later. When applying a concealer around the eye try not to stretch the skin, dab the concealer on instead of rubbing it around the eye area.
Apply the first layer of eye concealer and then leave it dry. Repeat the same procedure if you require more, until you have reached the opacity that you want. Remember to dab your skin avoiding pulling the skin around the eye area. Work from the outside of the eye in towards the inside.
To remove the concealer use a make-up remover, this is easier on the skin than rubbing with soap and water.

Foundation
-

- Foundation may be applied by using either your finger tips or a damp sponge. Pick a color that suits your complexion and compliments it. Dab the foundation on your nose, between your brows, on both temples, cheeks, and chin. Gently blend it together working from the middle of your face to the outside. Extend the foundation over the neck area being careful to also blend along the hair line and around the ear area (behind ears). Blend carefully around the eye taking the foundation over the top of the eye lid as well. Finish with dry cloth by gently dabbing your skin.
